In het kader van het Festival Camerimage 2017 (in het Poolse Bydgoszcz) organiseerde screen.brussels in nauwe samenwerking met Brussels Invest & Export een seminarie om het audiovisuele aanbod in Brussel voor te stellen aan de Poolse producenten.
Tijdens dit seminarie, genaamd Brussels, European capital of film opportunities, maakten een dertigtal Poolse en andere buitenlandse professionals kennis met de financieringssystemen die in Brussel bestaan. Voorbeelden zijn met name het bekende Tax Shelter, dat door de in handelsrecht gespecialiseerde advocaat Philippe Vlaemminck van het Brusselse kantoor Phaerum (ook actief in Polen) werd voorgesteld, en natuurlijk screen.brussels fund, dat werd voorgesteld door Noël Magis.
Dit evenement was tevens de gelegenheid om de grote ontwikkelingspijlers voor te stellen van het project mediapark, de nieuwe stadswijk voor media- en audiovisuele bedrijven waar reeds enkele bedrijven gevestigd zijn.
