Beschrijving
After a degree in script writing and film analysis at the University of Brussels (ULB), Gladys entered the industry in 2002 as production assistant. In 2004 she was selected to participate in MEGA (MBS) a training program in production and audiovisual management sponsored by the European commission. She then worked for many independent production companies as production coordinator for international co-productions. In 2010 she joined Scope Pictures and specialized in the outsourcing of international productions coproduced through the Tax shelter Scheme. From 2012 to 2016, Gladys worked for Charleroi Danses (the Choreographic Centre of the Wallonia-Brussels Federation ) and produced and distributed 2 multiaward winning shows by Director Jaco Van Dormael and Choreographer Michele Anne De Mey. Gladys currently produces and works as line producer for Belga Productions.
