Iva is working in film production since 2007. First as casting manager in production company PAKT media (Zagreb), where she worked on numerous TV commercials and on international film productions for: Europa Corp, LUCAS Film, 20th Century Fox Television, ABC, Sat1/Pro7 etc and is still occasionaly colaboration on selected projects. In 2010, in PAKT media she started to develop a documentary project and research of European documentary market (possibilities of financing and international co-productions) through attending producer’s workshops and key documentary Co-production markets and forums, where she built her documentary network. From 2012 she is working as a freelance-producer with established Croatian documentary production companies, on series "Direkt"- awarded documentary TV series (produced for Croatian National Television – HRT). As a producer of feature length documentary “Sick” by Fade in and “My life without air” by Restart. In 2014 she based her self in Brussels and started to work for VISIBLE FILM (Belgium), documentary world sales company, where she was handling TV pre- sales through regular attending of festivals & markets as IDFA, Dok Leipzig, East Doc Platform/Prague, Sheffield meet market, Jihlava, ZagrebDaox.. Since 2016 as a freelance producer she is working with OFF WORLD (Belgium), PLAYTIME FILMS (Belgium) and KINOTEKA (Croatia) where she is developing several documentary projects.
