This film is an immersion into the heart of the unit of young delinquents in the Saint-Hubert prison and gets us to meet a dozen teenagers incarcerated for long terms, as well as the staff helping them.
The film tells of a year in the life of this confined world and follows the implementation of a new educational project of intensive guidance. It addresses the issue of the incarceration of minors and the possibility of reintegration in a unique and exceptional way.
In the end, its interests lie in following up the implementation of a new educational project by new management and a new team. It is part of the continuity of their previous film 'Ship of Fools', (a look into the psychiatric ward of the Forest prison) also directed by Eric D’Agostino.
