Duelles

Brussels, early 1960s. Alice and Céline live in two adjacent mansions. They are the best of friends, just like their two sons Théo and Maxime who spend all their time together. The almost perfect harmony abruptly comes to an end when one day Alice involuntarily causes the accidental death of Maxime, Céline's son. Céline is beside herself with grief and accuses Alice of not doing everything she could to save her son. The bond between the two best friends is broken: Alice suspects Céline of wanting to get revenge on her son Théo. Is that really the case or is this simply the result of pure paranoia?
