Prime Minister ANNEMIE HILLEBRAND (in her 40ies) receives a worrisome video in her mail: ELKE PAUWELS, her 18-year-old and only daughter is held captive and holds a piece of paper with the words : “When the power is turned back on, your daughter dies.”
These words acquire meaning when, not much later, a power outage affecting the whole of Belgium occurs. The cause: an intentional and well-prepared sabotage of a nuclear plant. What is going on? Who is behind it? And why?
