Description
BORIS BAUM grew up in India and Spain. Autodidact, he has been working in a variety of filming positions and finally turned his attention to directing.
At the age of 19, he wrote and directed his first medium-length film: « Une Braise sur la neige » which was released in France and Russia in 2017. In 2015, he founded the Belgian production house: Les Films de la Récré. His first feature film: « Bula » (2021) will be premiered at the Tallinn Film Festival (Black Nights).
He has participated as a jury member and speaker in various international festivals including the Rotterdam International Film Festival, Sunny Side of the Docs and Stereopsia.
