My name is Alex Cepile and I’m italo-brazilian, musician, multimedia artist and producer. Now established in Belgium, coming from Italy and Ireland, places I’ve lived since I left Brazil. As an artist and producer I have international experience in different areas related to music, audiovisual and visual arts. - original soundtracks and sound design for documentaries, advertising, films and TV scores for educative purposes.
Also work as film director and editor with Adobe Premier and have produced music videos for myself and other artists as well as directing video documentaries for an international cultural exchange program and recently was selected to work with Matera 2019 - European Cultural Capital as a video maker.
I just finished the edit of the video result of the artistic residence held inside the lusophony film festival in Brussels "Cine Fest Luso Mundo" and at the moment I'm editing a documentary about an african artist settled in Paris for a Portuguese production company and also doing scenography and music for a contemporary dance spectacle and also doing many installations of photo e video and video to local cultural institutions (Brussels).
I'm looking for opportunities to work in the audiovisual and music segment as a freelancer or part of an effective company.
