A booster program for female* scriptwriters over 40
The Writers Lab is now launched in Europe with a script development program for women (cis, trans, nonbinary) over 40. A development program that screen brussels proudly supports. Guests and mentors include Susanne Bier, Christina Ham, Jantje Friese, Ameenah Ayub Allen, Nadine Labaki, Jasmila Žbanić and Isabel Coixet. Screenwriters selected by the Lab will work one-on-one and in groups with film industry leaders to develop their scripts and craft. They will also develop tools and strategies for success.
The Writers Lab is open to feature film and pilot screenplay submissions of all genres. Short films and documentaries will not be accepted. Registration will open on January 6 and the submission session will run until 7th february, 2022.. For more information and to submit your application, please visit the wesbite.
