Axis linking Boulevard de l'Impératrice (central station) to De Brouckère via Place de la Monnaie. Several noteworthy buildings can be found along the way: the former Cameo cinema, in Art Deco style (1925); the former La Gaîté theatre in eclectic style (c. 1910); the Belga Queen restaurant, in the former headquarters of Crédit du Nord Belge bank, in Rococo style; the travel bookshop L'Anticyclone des Açores with its large window display and original wooden frames; the former headquarters of the CGER bank, including a large mansion in eclectic style and an extension in Art Deco style.
