Early 20th century mansion completely renovated.
The house has kept many historical elements such as high ceilings, mouldings, fireplace, large volumes. The back of the house has been completely redone and the kitchen and living room are now fully glazed towards the garden.
Ground floor: an entrance hall with a large wooden construction that hides the staircase leading to the first floor, a first (contemporary) glazed living room open to the kitchen on one side and the dining room on the other, with open fire, a fully glazed kitchen overlooking a wooden terrace and the garden, a dining room with original elements (mouldings, fireplace) and a large fresco on the wall, a second living room with original elements repainted entirely in black. Granito floors in the kitchen and entrance, herringbone parquet.
First floor: the master bedroom with huge bay window overlooking the garden and green roof, large bathroom with bathtub and Italian shower; a children's bedroom; a white shower room and terraccota, a small office room.
Basement: a toilet, a laundry room, a cellar, a beautiful room with bay window and staircase to the garden, a green shower room, a small kitchenette.
Other: a building entrance, a small garage (available for storage).
