Built in 1905, the Maison du Peuple of Saint-Gilles is the fourth venue of its kind established in Brussels. Benefiting from its central location within the municipality and its exceptional architecture, the Maison du Peuple offers two floors that can be made available for use.
The spaces:
First floor:
- Capacity: 180 standing places
- Small foyer: 45 m² bar area
- Large foyer: 135 m² multipurpose room equipped with picture rails for exhibitions
- Adjustable lighting
Second floor:
- Capacity: 300 standing & 180 seated
- Large multipurpose hall of 190 m² with options for a modular stage, blackout curtains, and projections
- Basic stage lighting equipment (18 DMX circuits of 3Kw) and sound system (2 x 350 Watts RMS)
- Small recessed foyer with bar, 38 m²
The capacity of both rooms cannot be combined.
Accessible to people with reduced mobility via elevator.
