CZAR is a Brussels based international production company founded in 1999. It produces and co-produces feature films, shorts, series and commercials. It focuses on creating director driven content with a desire for renewal and evolving visual and narrative techniques, within an international framework. But most of all, CZAR is about talent, guts and the creativity of its directors and producers.
