I'm a System Administrator at The Pack. My primary responsibility is managing and maintaining computer systems and networks to ensure they operate efficiently and securely. This includes:
- Monitoring server performance, network traffic, and system logs
- Installing and configuring software/hardware
- Managing user accounts and access permissions
- Implementing security measures and patches
- Performing regular system backups
- Troubleshooting issues when they arise
