Description
In 2016, I enrolled at the Royal Institute for Theatre Cinema & Sound in Brussels and while studying, co-founded MAKKET, a collective of young filmmakers focused on creating fictional content.
In 2020, our debut mini-series 22/3: We Were There received funding from the Flemish Audiovisual Fund and VTM. In this project, I co-created the concept, wrote the screenplay, co- directed two episodes and composed the original soundtrack. The following year, the mini-series was acquired by the Finnish Broadcasting Company, ‘YLE.’
While working in the industry as an assistant director and screenwriter, I returned in 2023 to the Royal Institute for Theatre Cinema & Sound where I ultimately earned my master’s degree in film directing, graduating magna cum laude with my short 'Rocky Meets Lucy'.
