Description
I am a producer, screenwriter and film director, and I'm the co-founder of the Canadian production company Goldengrove Pictures Inc. My first narrative feature DIM THE FLUORESCENTS won the Grand Jury Award at the Slamdance Film Festival and was hailed as “One of the Year’s Strongest Debuts” by The New York Times. My first documentary UNTOLD HOURS screened at Toronto International Film Festival and BAFICI, and will make its streaming debut on MUBI in September of this year. In 2022, I was one of eight international screenwriters selected to participate in Toronto International Film Festival’s Writers’ Studio programme with my upcoming feature film ENDURING, which I developed with the support of Telefilm Canada, Ontario Creates, The Harold Greenberg Fund and Canada Council for the Arts. Slated for production in 2024, ENDURING will star Katherine Waterston (INHERENT VICE, FANTASTIC BEASTS AND WHERE TO FIND THEM) and feature original choreography by Twyla Tharp (AMADEUS, RAGTIME).
