Filles de Joie

Filles de Joie tells the story of three women, during a summer heatwave, between the north of France and Belgium. Axelle, Conso and Dominique have nothing in common besides being colleagues and crossing the border together every day.

To live a worthy life on one side of the border in Roubaix, they prostitute themselves on the other, in Belgium. It is their secret, their double life. At the end of summer, when storms break out, these three women will become united, like entering a resistance. They share a new secret that will link them for ever.
