The points that must be included in the production note are described in point 5. 2. 4. of the regulations: The application procedure/letter of intent. It is recommended that you follow this description to ensure that the note covers all the points properly.

Please note: in the case of a second application, the letter of intent must include an explanation of the changes made since the first version.
