Brussels, 1986. Saül Birnbaum runs a deli at the 7ème Art. He’s in the process of becoming a producer by helping a young Chilean write and direct the story of his childhood when love comes knocking and confronts him with his past. At the end of the 1930s, he was part of the Kindertransport convoys and spent the war in Brussels, far from his parents, as a hidden child.
