Anyone with a validated personal profile in the register has the right to read a file (during submission and/or after the application has been submitted), provided that they are affiliated with the applicant company (via the Relationship field on the company page).

If someone does not have a profile (e.g. in the case of an international co-production), a PDF version of the application can be saved. To do this, there is a ‘print PDF’ button at the top right of the form.
